This AIA document is included in our base monthly fee and will be created and filled and submitted on your behalf or submitted to you to sign and submit yourself.

G703 * - Continuation Sheet

This AIA document is also included in our base monthly fee. Using our proprietary form, we contact your field superintendent and manager by phone, email or fax and get the completion to date status of the project.

Request for Change Orders (Proposals)  and Change Orders

Tracking open requests for change orders (proposals) and the time lapsed since they were first submitted could become a daunting task when a third party is not involved. Using our service all proposals and requests for change orders are collected in one central system without the need or use for every single subcontractor and the general contractor to track them. Once approved we automatically convert them to change orders and include them in the monthly billings.

Schedule of Values

A proper contract value breakdown; Schedule of Values, is an essential element for a healthy life of a project. A front loaded or back loaded schedule of values can hurt the schedule either way and the cash flow going to subcontractors who are actually purchasing material and providing the labor to complete the job. With our experience in construction managment, we help contractors establish a fair schedule of values from the very early stages of purchasing and contract awards to ensure proper flow of cash during the course of construction.

Progress Monitoring Charts

By tracking a cost loaded schedule and comparing against the monthly billing, we can alert the general contractors and owner from area of the project where the project may be lagging proper progress.
