Owners, Developers and InvestorsOur system protects owner's and investors from common practices of over charging and front loading and helps avoid situations were the contractor is overpaid compared to what has been completed on the project. With our tools, once implemented project wide, owners can keep a close eye on the progress and billing independently and will not have to rely on any parties for information. They will be able to see which trades are behind or ahead of schedule and how much in potential change orders are coming their way. ----------------------- General ContractorsGeneral Contractors have probably the largest benefit from this service. Once they enroll all their subcontractors in this service, they no longer communicate directly with their subs and they no longer have to train all different subcontractors to get their billing done in the same way. SubBill acts as a 3rd party that is independent from the subcontractor and creates and modifies the subcontractor's bills every month. General Contractors benefit from the fact that they no longer have to rely on their subs to submit accurate billing and there is no more back and forth submissions. They know all percentages are reviewed and approved by field superintendents ahead of submission in the same manner. Our system is favored by general contractors because it helps them eliminate a a portion of their overhead too. ----------------------- SubcontractorsThe name Sub.Bill was inspired by the many subcontractors and small contractors who have supported this service. A lot of subcontractors have complained to us about how overheads kill their profits. Purchasing software only adds to their overhead since now they need to hire someone to use the software. This new position usually takes a large amount of subcontractors profits. Using our services, subcontractors only pay for billing only when they actually need to bill for job done. The process is extremely easy on their end as we take care of all the paperwork. We only communicate the survey form with the field foreman and take care of the rest.
