We only bill you once every six months. We are here to make your life easier and reduce your paperwork and we have noticed that most contractors feel more comfortable paying a one time fee that covers them for 6 months and not having to deal with monthly bills. Any fraction of six months will be billed minimum of six months. Most single trade projects are completed within six months. Most general contracts are completed between 12 to 18 months. Compare our service fee with the standard overhead costs associated with having employees, software and hardware.

Monthly Billing, G702 and G703 or Alternatives

Our monthly service fee is only $199 per month! (min 6 months of billing required) and this includes survey to collect information from your job site and creating and billing for you on forms G702 and G703, plus creating any required lien waivers and cover letters. Each billing cycle includes a free correction per billing. Additional corrections are billed at $50/ea.

Project Setup and Schedule of Values

Project setup includes setting up your company and your project in our system and inputting all your existing monthly billing and invoices to your client. We also setup all your contact information for you, your field superintendent and your client. We also incorporate your logo into your billing to customize your paperwork. We prepare and get your approval on a sample billing including AIA forms G702 and G703 (or SubBill Alternative) and required lien waivers and cover letters. Project initiation also includes schedule of value review and recommendations. If the project has not started yet, we review your SOV to make sure the will be proper flow of cash to you during the course of construction. There is a one time fee of $499 for project initiation.

Change Order Requests (Proposals) and Change Orders:

Change Order Requests (Proposals) are free up to 3 per month. Any one beyond that is $9.99/ea.

Approved Change Orders are charged a one time fee of $49/ea to be added to your billing. Tracking the change order percentages every month is free with your subscription.

We provide you with blank sequentially numbered ready made forms with all the project information and client info on it. You provide your own estimate and submit to the client. The form directs them to sign and send it back to us. We add the change order as soon as we receive it. Once added, we track the progress of the extra work and bill as work is being performed.
